Hi students,
I came across an interesting blog while searching for today's post.
https://www.teachingenglish.org.uk/magazine
i know with all the trauma of searching for MIT campus in the wilds of chromepet, talking about your online assignment must be even more painful! But duty calls!
As i mentioned earlier, this blog i saw was quite interesting to browse. The layout is simpler not very cumbersome and opens up immediately. It is an online magazine for teachers by British council. The BBC gives it a brand value. But as we browse the blog we can see useful sections like teaching kids, adults and even teachers. so all teachers can make use of this blog. If top section has links for different areas, the lower section elaborates and includes external links. The left section gives links to additional resources, ideas, classroom activities and articles. It is a treasure for practising teachers. i found some worthy ideas and interesting articles. But it does have problems too. Though the home page opened easily i had some difficulty while browsing inner links. Some ideas i found it too simplistic. Needs better organization as book reviews were put along with ideas page.
As i had mentioned earlier, each one has to browse a website / blog and write a short paragraph about it. it should include its strengths and problems too. the evaluation sheet i gave should also be filled in. Kindly add the url link of the website / blog you had reviewed.
